About Us
At Unity Center, we offer programs and services that encompasses the development, the welfare, and the success of every youth; however, our focus is with low income and high at-risk youth ages 8 to 18. As our model states, "Providing the light to guide their path."
Our UC staff works alongside with parents and families, teachers, schools, local juvenile agencies, and various outside agencies to ensure each youth has a customized case plan to aid in their success at UC.
Achievement is accomplished through our various programs and services, individual, group, or family sessions, recreational activities, parent support, education support, mentoring programs, employment preparations, and/or placement of high at-risk youth.
We believe all Youth can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
